Battery charging systems from Fronius impress above all due to their long service life and reliability in daily use, from the intralogistics sector to workshop applications. Our battery charging systems boast a life expectancy of up to 20 years and are designed for 3,000 charging cycles – the equivalent of approximately two battery lives. To ensure that your Fronius products remain reliable and continue to meet your needs during this long period, our devices are subject to extensive and stringent testing.

In our test laboratory, each battery charging system must fulfil requirements that go far beyond the prescribed standards. We use the latest technology to simulate environmental influences and operating conditions that our devices may encounter during their lifetime, for example in deep-freeze warehouses, production halls, logistics buildings and intralogistics zones.

COMPREHENSIVE TESTING METHODS

Only when our products have withstood extreme temperatures, humidity, ice, salt, impacts and vibrations and emerged unscathed do we deliver them to you. Our results are recorded in test records, which are stored in our archive for 13 years and may be viewed by our customers at any time.

Our special testing methods ensure that every Fronius product meets the highest quality standards, is free from defects and continues to withstand tough conditions. Spare parts remain available for all our devices for at least ten years after the product is discontinued – and often for even longer.

RELIABLE SERVICE FROM FRONIUS

To enable you to use your Fronius battery charging systems for as long as possible without restrictions, we offer a reliable spare parts service that goes far beyond the 24-month warranty period required by law.

All spare parts remain available for at least ten years after the product is discontinued, the benefit of which is that you do not have to replace a defective battery charging system straight away – instead you can continue to repair the device for several years after production is stopped.
